We have two spacious offices that have just become available.
Southland Community House Charitable Trust aims to connect, inform and support the growing community and voluntary sector of Southland and we do this by providing office spaces that are conveniently located in the heart of the Invercargill CBD in a refurbished and secure building. Being a tenant in Southland Community House has many benefits which includes:
- Affordable rent
- A full-time House Coordinator (Monday – Friday) (9 am to 4.30 pm) who is here to support the tenants, visitors and clients
- Low-cost and affordable printing, laminating, binding services
- Free meeting room hire for tenants
- Tenants have access to a full kitchen that has a secure keypad lock
- Excellent location in the CBD with plenty of roadside parking/within walking distance of many carparks
